We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, Swimming pool, and Jacuzzi were all fantastic and provided the perfect way to relax after a day out. the seasonal outdoor pool and sun terrace were great for soaking up the sun. the massage services were top, notch, especially the full body massage, which left us feeling completely rejuvenated. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar/lounge area, with a mouth, watering breakfast and snack bar available.
The private facilities could have been better maintained as we found a minor issue with the foot massage chair in the Spa lounge. this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay with top, notch amenities.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed the complementary drinks and chocolates in our room upon arrival. the location was perfect, with great views and easy access to local attractions.
The noise level was quite loud, especially due to the music played all day around the pool. the front desk staff were not very knowledgeable about local tours and attractions, which was frustrating.

The hotel had beautiful gardens for taking walks and enjoying nature. The view from the pool was also very nice. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds.
The staff was very impolite and not helpful at all. We had issues with the heating and hot water, and it took forever for anyone to come and resolve them.
